Reconditioning

Reconditioning

Reconditioning is often an excellent alternative to purchasing a new machine. Many machines from quality manufacturers have a long service life due to their robust construction, and reconditioning can extend their life by several more years.

Our factory is fully equipped for machine reconditioning. An action plan is drawn up prior to the start of the project and is planned together with the customer. A reconditioning project is carried out in roughly the following phases:

Action Plan/Planning
Dismantling and loading at the customer’s site
Transportation to our plant
Dismantling into basic machine
Cleaning of the entire machine
Ice blasting of the entire machine
Painting of the machine frame
Inspection of each machine part
Repair and replacement of necessary parts
Installation of new parts (counters, bearings, belts, etc.)
Black painting of rust-prone parts
Assembly
Trial run
Fine tuning
Final test in the presence of the customer
Preparation for disassembly and loading
Transportation to customer
Unloading and installation at the production site
Machine installation
