Cleaning and Painting
The sheer amount of time it takes to print causes printing problems as ink, paper pulp, and debris accumulate on complex components. Dirty grippers slow down the printing press, resulting in lower productivity and poor print quality. Printing presses do not need to be disassembled, and they do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
When cleaning delicate machines, such as printing presses, assembly lines and robotic production manipulators, it’s important to use cleaning methods that won’t damage the equipment or ruin the product.

Repair and Refurbishment
Before installation – “new” used machines must be repaired to ensure production processes and investment.
Upon arrival, the machines must be deeply cleaned and painted. Any possible problems that may arise can easily be resolved before installation in your facility.
If something goes wrong with the machine, your first thought may be that you will have to invest a huge amount of money in parts and installation to put everything back together. In most cases, however, repairs can be better repaired by a high-quality and experienced mechanical repair shop.
However, the greater the extent of the breakdown, the more likely it is that other components will be affected.
